Returns & changes
Keep revisions traceable.
Check the model, selling unit, finish, and quantity against your project schedule before sending an order. When a list is duplicated, review each room rather than assuming the new location needs the original quantities.
Use the order reference for later changes
An updated project list is a new working selection, not an amendment to an existing order. Keep the submitted reference and describe the affected lines when requesting a correction through the confirmed order contact.
Review the applicable terms
Return, cancellation, warranty, and delivery-damage policies are awaiting approval for customer launch. This page does not set a return deadline or promise a refund. Obtain the terms that apply to the specific furniture and configuration before finalizing a real purchase. Public contact details are also pending.
Keep revisions tied to the original record
A request to change furniture should identify the order reference, model, selected configuration and quantity affected. State whether the revision concerns one room or every occurrence of the line. That distinction matters when a project uses the same model in several finishes.
Retain the original selection alongside the requested replacement. Editing a saved project list does not amend an order already sent. A new note records the request; acceptance, timing and any price difference still need confirmation.
Check the details before the handoff
Review model numbers and selling units before counting quantities. Compare selected option labels with the intended finish references. Resolve top-and-base compatibility or missing dimensions before the schedule is treated as final.
When a copied room serves another location, review its constraints separately. A correct original specification can still be unsuitable for a different floor plan or receiving route. The planning guide describes how to use copies without losing that review.
Get the final terms in writing
This preview has placeholder business terms. Return eligibility, cancellation conditions, custom configuration restrictions, damage reporting procedures and fees must be confirmed before a real order. No specific return window or no-cost revision is promised here.
Keep the applicable terms with the reviewed order record. For arrival concerns, use the confirmed receiving procedure and refer to delivery planning. For the steps leading up to the handoff, see how to order.
