Restaurant furniture, ready for the next project

In this guide

A project list helps you keep model numbers and quantities attached to the right location or room. Review that list before describing replacements, a new opening, or a repeat purchase.

Continue through the basket when the items are ready for review. Add contact information and any receiving requirements in the order details, with clear references to the products involved.

Start with a specific model, then record the details the next reviewer will need.

Test contact information

Customer contact details, including an email address, phone number, and business location, have not been confirmed. Opening hours will follow that setup. For now, enter sample details only. The preview records a test order for internal review, with no stated customer response schedule.

Start with an identifiable line

Use the model number and complete selected configuration when asking about a product. Add the configured item to the basket so the quantity and price can be reviewed with the same record. If the question concerns only one room, name that room in the notes.

For a replacement or repeat selection, identify the detail that must remain consistent: a finish, size, seat type or component pairing. Similar product names do not establish that the new line is the same as an earlier specification.

Prepare a useful project handoff

Save the furniture in a project list, then download the saved sheet after making revisions. A room group is easier to review when it corresponds to the location names used by the team receiving the furniture.

  • Include the SKU, selected options and affected quantity.
  • Identify the destination and intended room.
  • Record compatibility or measurement questions separately from selected options.
  • Note requested timing and receiving restrictions for confirmation.

Current preview contact status

Public business contact details and the final customer inbox are still being prepared. This preview creates test orders. The catalog and project tools can be used for planning, while business terms and real fulfillment details remain to be confirmed before customer use.

Read how to order for the review sequence. Use delivery planning for the receiving information that should accompany a completed furniture schedule.
