Scope of this preview
This ServiceRow preview belongs to the Visual Media Factory furniture website project. Enter sample information for testing. Customer launch still requires the final business identity, contact information, and shipping and returns terms.
Order record contents
Test-order records include entered contact information, product selections, quantities, starting amounts, project notes, the submitting site, and campaign labels where supplied. Staff can access them through the private central dashboard. They also go to an internal test inbox. Order data is not forwarded to the supplier that provides the product catalog.
Session and measurement records
Secure session cookies support basket updates and form protection. To test the ordering flow, ServiceRow counts sessions reaching product pages, saved lists, basket additions, order forms and test submissions. The measurement uses a random reference separate from the session cookie, ending after 30 idle minutes. Names, emails, IP addresses and session credentials are not stored in those records, which expire after 90 days. Recognized bots, administrator activity and requests with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded. Hosting security logs can retain request metadata. No advertising trackers or customer email sending operate here. Do not enter payment details.
Access to saved project lists
Saved project lists are kept on the server in private, brand-specific records. The contents include names, notes, configured products, quantities, saved prices, and selected finish references. An essential secure cookie authorizes this browser to retrieve them for as long as 400 days. Changing browsers or removing cookies prevents retrieval of those lists. No recovery account or sharing URL is available here. The project-list tool can restore an archived list. Contact and payment data do not belong in project notes.
Retention and review
Development retains saved lists and test records. The intended customer-data process calls for review at 24 months without new activity, followed by a decision about deletion. Records are not automatically deleted.
