Built for buyers who order by specification

Purchasing managers, multi-location operators, hotel teams, institutional dining departments, and contractors all buy furniture the same way: from a spec, in quantity, against a schedule. This store is set up for that kind of order. Every product is configured to a defined version, priced at that version, and recorded with its options, so the line item means the same thing on the purchase request, the confirmation, and the packing list.

Typical buyers include restaurant groups opening a fourth or fifth unit, hotels refitting a restaurant and bar, university and corporate dining programs, senior living communities, and general contractors closing out an FF&E package. Independent operators are welcome too; the process suits anyone who wants the paperwork to line up.

A line item here is a full specification: the model, its frame finish, its seat or top material, the color, the size, and the quantity. Change any one of those and it becomes a different line with its own price. That's deliberate. The confirmation you approve then describes exactly what will arrive, and the same description can be reordered next year.

The catalog, by line item

About 1,050 configurable products, grouped so a spec sheet maps straight onto categories:

Product pages state dimensions, materials, and the option set for each item. Where a top and base are sold separately, check the pairing for size and mounting before you add both lines.

How an order is processed

Configure each product, add it to the basket with its quantity, and submit the order with the delivery ZIP code and site notes. Submitting doesn't trigger a charge. A member of the sales team checks every line, raises any ambiguity in the specification with you, and then emails a confirmation stating the order, the freight quote, and how payment is made. Large orders follow the same path, just with more lines. The ordering procedure sets out each stage.

For repeat or phased work, build the specification in project lists first. Lists hold rooms or zones, copy to a second location, and download as a project sheet for internal approval.

Freight and receiving

All orders move by LTL freight. The base service delivers to a business dock or to the truck's tailgate. Liftgate, inside delivery, limited access, and residential service are quoted as extras and must be requested at the time of order. Multi-site orders are quoted per delivery address, each with its own access conditions, and Canadian deliveries clear through the buyer's customs broker.

The lead time for standard items is 14 to 21 business days; custom upholstery, finishes, or sizes run up to roughly 8 weeks. Receiving staff should inspect before signing, record visible damage on the bill of lading, and report concealed damage within 24 hours. The shipping and receiving page has the full procedure.

What you can count on

Configured prices, shown before you submit, for the exact version you specified. A person checking every order before it's confirmed. Freight stated in writing, ahead of payment. Written policies for returns and cancellations and the limited warranty, available before you buy. Replies by email during published business hours, with no automated quoting in between. Swatches of vinyl, fabric, stains, and metal finishes on request, so a finish can be signed off before you approve an order.

None of that is unusual on paper. It matters in practice because a 300-chair order with a wrong seat height or an unbudgeted liftgate charge costs real money to fix. For institutions with formal purchasing rules, the paper trail helps as well: line items, review questions, freight quote, and payment instructions all arrive by email, ready to attach to a purchase file. The planning guide and the materials reference help you specify correctly the first time, and the contact page lists what to send with a question.
