Include the model reference, material group, and finish name in the request. Those details keep the sample review aligned with the project specification.
Use the request form to identify the materials you would like to review. The team checks which samples are available for the selected products; an inspiration image does not identify an orderable finish.

Turnaround
Confirmation arrives by email within one business day. Samples ship by UPS Ground, typically 2 to 3 business days in transit.
Using samples on a project
Get written sign-off from the owner or designer on the physical sample before approving an order confirmation. Custom upholstery and special finishes can't be cancelled or returned once confirmed. For reorders and additions to an existing location, request a current swatch, because color ranges are updated and dye lots and stains vary between runs.
